2010 Platinum Memberships will be available for purchase starting November 7, 2009!

Please note that you will need to be registered and logged onto the website in order to purchase a membership.  If you have forgotten your password, you can initiate a password reminder by clicking for Forgot Password link in the Log In area and entering your username.  You do NOT need to register again if you have registered in the past!  Use your original username and password.

1. Annual Dues will be as follows (includes shipping and handling)
   • USA and Canada  - $160 USD
   • Europe and Scandanavia - $170 USD
   • Japan and Australia - $175 USD
2. Members will receive their Platinum CD (minimum of 10 cuts) in January. While we guarantee 10 brand new releases, historically, the number is higher.
3. You will have exclusive use of the Platinum releases for a minimum of one year.
4. At the end of one year, the year old Platinum cuts will be sold in our Gold Membership package.
5. To eliminate piracy and to protect your investment, all Platinum Members will be required to acknowledge the terms and conditions of the Platinum contract – via the Royal Records web site.
6. Should Royal Records produce any additional tunes (such as a “hot” current pop/country tune) for immediate release, all Platinum Members will receive an email with a link to download the MP3. It will also be on the next years Platinum CD.
7. Platinum Membership is available ONLY through Royal Records and all inquiries, documentation, and payment by check or money order as well as shipping information should be directed to info@royal-records.com or to the Royal Records home office.
8. Payment must be received by the Royal Records home office prior to the shipment of the Platinum CD’s. Payment must be received by credit card, check or money order, or via PayPal (accessible directly from the Royal Records website – Royal Records).
9. Any file sharing or pirated copying of Royal Records music is strictly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Members will receive a list of the 2010 Platinum members. If you know of anyone not on this list who is using these exclusive 2010 Platinum recordings it is your responsibility to let Royal Records know about it. This protects all of our investments and insures many more years of GREAT music! The list will be updated as more memberships are sold.
